You may want to remind everyone to pay their taxes under protest and file an appeal for 2010 by June 1st also so their due process rights are not compromised.

Here is a brief overview of the nature of the RECALL PETITION taken from the March 17, 2010 Press Release:

We, the undersigned qualified electors of the State of Montana, per the provisions of MCA 2-16-603, respectfully petition that an election be held as provided by law on the question of whether Brian Schweitzer, holding the office of Governor, should be recalled for official misconduct for the following reasons:

(1) Conspiracy per MCA 45-4-102 with the Department of Revenue with the intent to defraud property owners of approximately $48 million in property taxes

(2) Increasing property valuation and property taxes without legislative authority, exceeding the authority of the executive branch of the State of Montana per Article III, Section I of the Constitution of the state of Montana

(3) Arbitrary and capricious property value increases of approximately $3.5 billion by manipulating the property valuation computer program, resulting in unequal taxation of property owners in violation of Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution of the State of Montana, the Equal Protection requirement of the Constitution. To the people of Libby;

I have now gone into legal proceedings with the City of Libby three times, and have won every time.

It amazes me how all of the heated rhetoric changes when people raise their right hand and promise to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

I don’t believe we should be forced to go to court to get to the truth of government dealings.

On the witness stand testifying for the Clerk, the Mayor didn’t accuse me of attacking the City Clerk like he did in his letter to the editor.

The Mayors’ testimony was dominated by his inability to recall almost any pertinent facts of the issue at hand.

In fact, we proved in court that his Clerk threatened an elected official.

My honor is intact.

Now, I haven’t put myself, and my family, at risk of harm just for the fun of it.

I haven’t spent tens of thousands of dollars just to defend my honor. Just so we are clear on this, the next time I go to court with the City I am going to take a TON of your money when I walk out.

I have taken these measures to protect your best interests and attempt to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone ever again.

We now have momentum to change the predatory policies that have harmed this community for far too long. I am going to devote the remainder of my term in office trying to affect policy that will ensure no one is ever abused by City government again.

The Judge said this was a “horrible Personnel issue”, I think that the Personnel Committee is a good place to start.

The people of Libby have to help, there is political power only in numbers.

The idea of putting cameras on Mineral Avenue was only put to rest because of the crowd in the audience. If the people of Libby truly want to direct their own destiny, they have to show up.

I am not without compassion for the City Clerk and the issue of her legal fees. I am also cognizant of the fact that half of those fees were for her personal time and effort and would have gone in her own pocket. I think there is a way out of this that would be agreeable to most everyone involved.

Since this half-literate, red-necked ditch digger walked into court and faced the City Clerk and her high paid attorney, the Mayor of Libby, and the Head of Personnel (and Personal Assistant to the County Commissioners), and whipped them all, maybe Attorney Todd Glazier should just refund her fees.

This is a letter to the Editor of "The Western News" in response to the Article above. We'll see if they publish it! But we already know they won't - don't we? Another local newspaper said they won't publish it because they don't wish to get in a battle with The Western News! So where does Libby stand when it comes to getting accurate information??? Not our newspapers I suppose!

Letter to the Editor:

The Friday, March 12, 2010 issue of The Western News headline article “No Asbestos in ash” written by Canda Harbaugh, is full of inaccuracies. In fact inaccurate to the point of being a lie!

No Asbestos in ash? Someone didn't do her homework!!! The Asbestos Bulk Sample Data Log and the Bulk Sample Analysis Summary, by Hygeia Laboratories, Inc., in Sierra Madre, California, dated March, 2, 2010, shows four of the 13 “ash” samples taken, with 2% Anthophylite Asbestos, two samples with <1% Anthophylite Asbestos, and one sample with <1% Chrysotile Asbestos. This is about a 50% positive detection ratio. Quite high if you ask me, and surely far from; "No Asbestos in Ash" as reported! This information was available in plenty of time for a savvy reporter to make her deadline. Additionally, a little research would have uncovered information that the community should know; That Anthophylite Asbestos is an Amphibole Asbestos as is LA (Libby Amphibole Asbestos)!

Further EPA Field Leader Mike Cirian, in the article, is quoted as saying; “Asbestos fibers tend to fall out fairly quickly in fires like that,”…“That’s what we’ve seen in some of our testing, as well.” A good question for a reporter would have been; What testing? So Mike, I’m asking you to provide me with the testing results that establish this conclusion and I ask for the sampling and testing models used for these purported tests. I’ve discussed this with a number of experts and each has said that the conclusion Mr. Cirian reached can not be stated authoratively and is stated without validity.

The article also states that Mr. Cirian explained “the microscopic asbestos fibers were probably widely dispersed in the fire, explaining why it wasn’t present in the ash samples.” But again, it is unquestionably in the ash samples as clearly shown in the Hygeia Laboratory, Inc. reports. So should we believe any comment made by the EPA or Mike Cirian?

I know for a fact that the lab report was in Mr. Cirian’s possession on March 9th, he showed it to me at the LATAG meeting, with witnesses present. Moreover, the explanation that; “Asbestos fibers tend to fall out fairly quickly…” should give the community an additional questions to ask; Did those microscopic fibers fall into my yard where my children play? How do I really know for sure? How do they plan to clean that up?

So Pam Polejewski had Already Rescued these Animals, and then as she is taking care of them the Humane Society comes in and pretends to Rescue them from Her, then what they will look for someone like her to house them and Rescue them again... ???

Montana Cops, and treated this bad for Saving these dogs from where they were
being abused, starved or mistreated.

She had Already Rescued Them.

County Commissioners in the Counties involved DO nothing, the
County Attorney seems to protect the Criminals and not the Victims
and seems to back Judicial Corrupution.

The Judicial System, Local Cops - Judges,
I mean does no one want to Speak up and tell the Truth
or is it simply a Free for ALL on the Rights of Montanans
and Political Corruption Ruins lives with No Accountability.

Really, what happened to these Animals, did THE
County Rescue them then torture and kill them?

Did the County put them in tight spaces, and watch them
die a cruel death for some grant money or other policital power trip?

Are Animal "raids and seizures" just big publicity campaign to get more money ? "Racketeering" "Money Laundering" over Animal Rights in Montana?

I hear so many stories of FEMA money pushed on the Local Food Pantry, and other stories of the more the money is needed or the Commissioners of a certain county, or other public officers in power ... the more need they show, the more money they get.

So many Crimes Not Prosecuted, yet money seems to be plentiful for some things... such as can't get a Kid out of a Meth House in Libby Montana no matter who you call or what you prove, but they come and take animals from someone saying they have too many. Can't prosecute for Child Porn, or Other PROVEN crimes but then others .. hmmm.. magically Action is Taken.

Why? What differentiates which Crime or Alleged Crime is worth prosecuting and which is worth ignoring? My Guess is the Deciding factor is the Amount of Money that Counties Law Enforcement, Commissioners, Sheriff, or Judicial Infrastructure is getting to "Let Em' Go" or to "Go Get Em" ... plea bargain pay offs are said to be $5000 to $25,000 in the State of Montana... so if that is True then there is a Good Reason to "Let Em Go"... now if Animal Rights Activists, or Government programs funnel in Money to Protect animals ... well that would be a reason to "go get em" oh unless they are an informant or have something on someone in high places in that particular county..

I do Know without a Doubt in the State of Montana JUSTICE is NOT based on Fact, on Truth, but more so on what the Judge, the Attorney, the Sheriff, or the Names involved have to Gain or Lose... I have seen tons of proof presented to Montana Judges.. not just the Horror of the WR Grace Trial, but also big resorts stomping on the Rights of Montanans and many other Crimes in Montana where the Criminal is Given the Royal Treatment by Judges, a Sheriff, an Attorney, a Justice of the Peace, a Clerk, and other names and games in that particular town or county. ... and the Victim, the REAL Victim of a REAL Montana Crime with Proof in hand is... Shut Up, Set Up, Jailed, Ignored, Beaten, Words and Facts Twisted, pressed with charges of sound polution or ANY thing they can thing of to discredit them before their court date.. or the most common put through Economic Terror.

Animal Rights Money Laundeering in Montana ?

Well recent stories brought to my attention is looking like many of these "Animal Raids" are staged to create a HUGE money laundering scheme... that is what I am hearing and well I sure believe it.. as I know people who tried to save starving and abused horses for years in Lincoln County Montana, and many around the state of Montana trying to defend and protect animals that Really are being Cruelly Treated AND Nothing is done - Either the Judicial Process wants to protect the Animal Owner

I have some pretty sick stories sent to me of Animal abuse, one was a young woman molested by her step father and years went by, to get to her he abused and eventually killed the dog.. the Lincoln County Authorities did nothing when the "Victim" ( who in Montana is Not Victim until the Courts say they are) WELL authorities did not listen... that woman emailed me last summer... and these cases whether a group of horse or one dog, OR cases of Domestic Violence where the Horse or Dog are left behind and the Spouse left with them retaliates on the animal, NOTHING is done to aid the "Victim" in removing those animals.

Then all the sudden out of no where there is an "Animal Rights" raid? What?

Dogs beaten to death, horses starved and abused ... Horrible Crimes against Animals and NOTHING, no Prosecution even when it is Proved to have happened and who did it.. then out of the blue one particular place is raided... yes great if the TRUTH is the animals are not being cared for and should not be there... but if the TRUTH is corruption, cover ups, set ups or funding that goes in the wrong pockets... well then Time to Expose That one.. So if you have any inside stories on the "Money Laundering" that comes from these Animal Raids, or in Corruption over Animal Rights, where by the Animals in Need don't really get the help the MONEY was for.. well email your story to me at Crystal@CrystalCox.com

One section of a proposed new rules and regulations for the Ravalli County Airport was removed in its entirety after a very vocal public expressed their disapproval of the language in the draft copy of the regulations. The egregious section that prompted the public outcry was, “Section 5-109 FIRST AMENDMENT ACTIVITIES: which denied the public their first amendment rights on the airport property without first obtaining the county’s permission.”

Sixty concerned citizens showed up within minutes to the Ravalli county commission meeting after they were alerted through the “Liberty Bell” system. Over a dozen people (same as in a jury) spoke up against the proposed language and reminded their public servants that when they accepted their jobs, they took an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Two of their many comments included: “These rights were given to us by God, and guaranteed by the Constitution and you can’t take my rights away!” and “It’s your job to protect these rights - it’s not your job to regulate them,” another added.

The county commissioners, after being reminded of their duties, voted unanimously to remove that section from the proposed airport regulations.

So the Phone Rings, it is a "Private Caller" they leave this number .. 406-293-3757 x235 - I google it and it appears to be Libby CPS, Social Services.. so they leave a name and where to Call and NEVER identify the Agency.. the name sounds familiar .. as years ago I talked to Libby CPS over and over as did over a Dozen Family Members of Mine.. that Child .. though all these Family Members called in.. well he was left in a Meth House, he was allowed to EVEN home school after this to make good and sure he got into Meth... oh and Marijuana for Kids well that started before the age of 10... NOTHING I could do..

you call the State Hotline they send you back to the Corruption in Libby Montana where they protect each other, protect the drug traffic and Libby CPS DOES NOT protect the Children of Libby Montana... they may try I am unsure.. they most likely care.. but someone,e somewhere STOPS that and NOTHING gets done and the kids turn into monsters... .lost to Meth.. wonderful .. bright.. gorgeous .. smart kids.. lost to the Corruption in the Libby Montana Drug Ring..

It took only three minutes for fire crews to arrive Thursday night after the 911 call came in, but Libby firefighters found the former Stimson Lumber Co. plywood plant fully engulfed in flames.

The 4.7-acre building burned to the ground and still smoldered on Friday while a steady stream of vehicles passed by to see the destruction.

“The moon was shining out and the plume was so huge that it looked like someone dropped an atomic bomb,” Lincoln County Sheriff Daryl Anderson said. “Embers were flying through the air all over.”

Residents from neighboring homes were evacuated as Libby and Troy firefighters worked to contain the flames.

“My husband said get your meds, get your clothes and get the heck out of here,” said Kay Tarbert, who lives on Fifth Street Extension across from the former mill.

Though the flames were shooting straight up — not toward homes — they were extremely hot, Tarbert said, and ashes were blowing into people’s yards.

The fire left little to salvage out of the businesses that were using the building, but no one was hurt and no homes caught fire.

Phil Spencer and Joel Chandler watched helplessly as all of the equipment and inventory from their specialty business, Wedge Wood Products, went up in flames.

“It hadn’t burnt yet but the fire department wasn’t able to get water up to it because of the 2,400-volt line that was running next to the road there,” Spencer said. “My partner begged the fire marshal to put water on it to save it, but the fire marshal said he couldn’t because the line wasn’t shut off.”

Spencer estimates their loss at $250,000 on the uninsured business.

In addition, the fire ate up about 10 unpatented machines that had taken Spencer 15 years to engineer. They had closed production in the winter to install new equipment and were ready to begin work on Monday.

“I feel a little bit wobbly from it all,” he said. “March was going to be when we put people to work because we already had orders and the equipment and a good start on stock to produce.”

Occasional explosions added to the dramatic scene Thursday, which Anderson said were fueled by propane tanks, tar from the structure’s roof and the wood preservative creosote.

“About all you can do is protect the structures on Wisconsin Avenue and Fifth Street and watch the fire burn,” Anderson said, “because they weren’t going to put it out.”

Eventually, all that was standing was the frame of the structure.

“After it burned long enough, it was just the beams,” Anderson said. “Then it was like a domino effect — one caved in and tipped over and then they all fell.”

Residents began returning to their homes about 1 a.m. Friday, Anderson said.

The sheriff’s office requested a state fire marshal to investigate.

“We have no idea where the point of origin is at this time,” Anderson said. “It got so hot so fast. Apparently some people were working that day doing some welding and torching work. We don’t know yet if it has anything to do with the fire.”

Portions of the structure’s roof had caved in long before the fire and about three-fourths of the building was due to be demolished, according to Paul Rumelhart, director of the Kootenai River Development Council, which manages the industrial site.

The council lost a boom truck in the fire, he said, and the demolition company J.T. Welding and Construction also lost equipment.

Revett Minerals had used the site to perform a truck-to-rail transfer of silver and copper concentrates from Troy Mine. The fire took out four leased rail cars, and Terry Ward of T.L. Ward Trucking estimates he lost $150,000 in equipment, including his dump truck.

Rumelhart believes he will have a temporary loading site set up for use by Monday.

“Our immediate effort is to develop a place where Revett can continue to move their concentrate from the mine to the rail cars to the refinery,” Rumelhart said.""

""At this time I would like to give everyone a bit of back ground in my experience in law enforcement and security that I received in the USAF In 1982 I entered the USAF as a 811x0, Air Force Security Specialist.

The 0 at the end of the specialty number denotes that I was not limited to any one job, but could perform any and all police duties, unlike a closed job of a 811x2 or others.

My first base after completing basic and Security Police Academy was at the 92nd heavy bombardment group, Fairchild AFB Wa.

I completed another 6 week course in, personnel Reliability Program PRP Nuclear weapons protection, safety, alarms and cameras. After training I was assigned to Delta fight security.

A year and a half after being on Delta flight I tried out for a security police special weapons team, which was called and Emergency Service Team EST where we were trained in air craft take back, hostage recovery and other team skills. After passing all of the testing I was assigned as point man for the base team.

In 1984 I was transferred to the 21st Security Police Squadron Elmendorf AFB AK. That the Alaskan Air command, I received more training in electronics and camera usage. I also became a Fight Sergeant of CO flight, as a Sgt, I was also the flight training NCO.

In 1989 I was medically discharged from the USAF, I had be involved in 2 very bad car accidents and I had my neck broken 2 times and my back once.

I received a 80 disability rating from the USAF medical board and had some little butter bar lt turn it down. I then had my records run through the VA system where I was rated at 80.

I went to work for a security company that controlled the alarm systems for most of Alaska's banking system. I received more training in alarms and electronic systems.

We then moved to Leavenworth Ks, so my wife could be close to her parents. I worked for the Army Air Force Exchange Service AAFES, as the supervisor of detectives. This is where I received my most camera training.

After not like seeing the mountains, we moved to Libby, MT. I had be raised In Marion Mt and had always liked the Libby Area, with it low elevation, it has one of the best year climate in.
I worked a number of year Smith security, at the Stimson mill until my disabilities got more severe.

The Va paid my schooling at FVCC/LCC, I learned most of what I know about computers, from Mike McCurry.

He was an excellent instructor in them. I have major nerve damage from the left side down, I have no feeling in my right leg from thigh to knee in the front, I have many other medical problems related to the accidents I was involved in, not one of the accidents I was involved in were my fault.

I have testified in over 250 federal case over the years and have dealt with many different attorneys over the years.

I have recorded on my property since we have bought it, I have recorded on public property. I leave the Libby area many times in the year, I place the information that I have collected over the years in safe places.

Last year when they cleaned the asbestos out of my attic, they found the camera that I wanted them to find, but they did not find the other 2. I use many different types of camera equipment, recording equipment and have documentation to go along with it. ""

So why is Lincoln County Law Enforcement and the Entire Judicial Process - Denial of Due Process I should say, why Does the FBI do NOTHING when obvious Corruption is Obviously Happening Year after Year and Innocent Citizens are violated and Stripped of their rights.

When Law Enforcement sets us up, beats us, harasses us, kills our loved ones, is dealing drugs, accosting young woman to have sex to get out of a ticket and even other sick Crimes happen .. .who do the people call for HELP in Lincoln County Montana, you can't call the cops, we fear that, for if they show up odds are they will protect the Criminal and Jail the Victim as the stories we get over and over out of Libby Montana.

So who Do the People Call, NO ONE ... I suppose they just have to Not ONLY take it but to pay the wages of those doing it to them... Judicial Hell HOLE - Number One in My Book - Libby Montana....

Story after Story for almost 2 years now.... So you could got to jail and be an Induced Suicide, where it is made to look like you hang yourself in jail but that is NOT really what happened... or like about a year ago when a guy ran off the road in a field in Columbia Falls, by a Cop, and then the guy was so upset he shot himself.. Columbia Falls is Flathead County, the News said the Lincoln County Coroner was Called... I get alot of stories out of Lewiston County .. same thing.. the Say they are a Suicide but the Family knows they are Not.. So if you Send in a Tip, you could be set up arrested and jailed and you may lose your life.. sorry this is just what I have heard..

News to Me - Dale Kinniburgh on Libby Issues

"" Sgt smith/Libby police, sheriff dept , Lincoln Co government officials do not like the information that was collected against them.

I am not going to precise dates because I no do not want to turn the inside lights on in order to read them. This information is coming straight from notes that I have kept as the events have happened. I also have alot of photos and video I have taken over the years that back up all of the facts.

When I was in the USAF as a Security specialist 811x0, we were taught very well on precise record/note keeping 1995 I was buying mushrooms for cascade mushroom co, my Boss was Gary Smith.

I was buying mushrooms up on mid Griffin, no other buyer wanted the area, but from done logging in that area in the 1980s, I knew from experience of picking burn morels that it should produce large amounts of mushrooms.

I bought for around 3 weeks, the first 2 weeks were slow, having received snow fall 3 times during those weeks. The last week I was buying morels, I was buy as high as1750 - 2750 pounds of mushroom per night, as i bought the mushrooms, my pickers would grade their own mushrooms and all I had to do was weigh and pay.

At the end of the night my helper and I would drive back into the old Libby ready mix building, where the main operations for cascade mushroom co was located. The last night that I ended up buying for cascade, owner of Cascade Mushroom co.

Matt Briggs was that the plant. I had met him the night before and when i pulled into the plant to unload the 2 pickup loads, Matt chewed me out for being late and that there was no time to grade and ship the mushrooms which I had bought. I informed him that they were all graded and could be weighed in and shipped that night.

Matt picked out 2 baskets which had low grade mushrooms in them and complained as to their low quality, I asked him how much he would have paid for that same quality of mushrooms and he told me that he would not have paid over $2.50 for them and that's days buy was set at $6.00 per pound and that he had lost money on them.

I told him to look under the lid of the basket and he would see a strip of paper in it, with the weight, amount paid for them and grade of mushroom on it.

When he saw that I had paid $1.75 per pound he was happy, he then asked me if all of the baskets had price, weight and grades under their lids. I also told him they were all readable from out side of the basket.

I showed him where all of the highest grade baskets were stacked. He then opened at random 5 baskets of perfect fresh market morels, poured, and weighed them. Matt had the crew that was working in the plant load all of the highest grade mushrooms to be shipped that night as their best fresh market.

I went over to do all of my paper work, for total pounds bought and total price paid for the Morels. Matt got mad and asked me why I did not have my paper work done already. He ask me if I was trying to match the scales. I told him that by the time I was done buying I had to get to the plant as soon as possible and that my figures would be done prior to the weigh in of all of the mushroom.

It took me around 10 minutes of math to finish the tally sheet, As I was finishing up Gary Smith walked in and told me that his stepson was going to take over my buy station I had been operating on Mid Griffin. I asked him if he was going to allow me to buy any where else, he said I could work as plant crew, for $5.00 and hour and that he did not need another buy station.

I walked in and hand Matt the tally sheets, keeping my copy, 15 minutes latter when the unloading, weighing and reloading into the refer was done, Matt compared the totals and the pelt weights showed there was a total of 75 more pounds then paid for, I told him that there were a total of 75 baskets which were made heavier then the rest and he needed to lower the plant weight.

My total and the plant totals were within 3 pounds of each other. Matt asked how I could be within a few pounds and Gary was off by 10%, I told him he would have to ask Gary
I had to turn in the rest of the cash to Gary and when I walked into the buy room there stood Gary, Robbie Bo and Dave Briggs.

Gary said give me all of the money in the buy pouch, I reached in and handed him back every cent that I had of Cascades', then he said all of the money not just sum of it, I had that's nights commission in the buy pouch and the previous nights commission.

I reached in and gave him that's night commission and he said all of it I know you have another nights common on you. Robbie said I would do it, we have 3 witness that you tried to steal co money. I gave Gary every cent, and walked out and told Matt to check out Grays back seat, Gary had 150 pounds of mushrooms in the back seat exactly 10% of that nights buy from the Libby plant.

Matt fired Gary on the spot for theft, I told him about Gary, Robbie and David stealing my commission money and he said that there nothing he could do about it. Early the next morning I went up to Middy Griffin to retrieve my tarps and other equipment I ended up selling all of the tarps to the mushroom pickers for a shelter and let them know that I was no longer buying and what had happened.

Smiths stepson showed up to buy and none of the pickers who were selling Morels to me, would deal with him, there were a few six pack pickers who sold him a few hundred pounds of drier quality mushrooms. Gary showed up to see how his stepson was doing and found out that all of the main pickers were in the process of drying their mushrooms and were not selling.
Smith had been in a very bad accident the year before and was disabled and receiving social security payments.

He was also in the process of getting a divorce from Jane cline. I had delta with Jane many time over the years and had found that she was the most honest woman in business I had every met. Mr. Smith was in the process to trying to take half of all of the land that Jane owned through the divorce, he had already had Jane Clines land survey. I knew that Mr. Smith had made more money then social security would allow him.

I talked with Jane cline and her attorney about Mr. Smith and a few days latter Smiths attorney Chuck Evans called and requested that I come in and talk to him about the up coming divorce, I refused to speak with him, because with a divorcé case a witness dose not have to and he could see my evidence in court.

The date of the trial came up and I went in and testified before court, I also brought with me copies of all of the buy sheets I had bought on along with me, all of the other buy sheets that the other buyers and used and thrown away. When totaled up Mr. Smith had made over $50,000 in common and had taken over $100,000 in mushrooms from Cascade in the 10% shrinkage scam.
Mr. Smith lost every thing in court and was allowed only to keep his clothing, truck, tools he had and camper.

After court Mr. Evens approached me and said that court had not needed to turn out the way for Mr. Smith, himself and me if I had only talked to him prior to court, every thing could have worked out better. I also found out in court that Mr. Evens had paid for the subdivision of Jane Clines land and was not happy with me at all. '"

Vanishing Libby Covenants - Seems Like a Deadly Game..

Have you Folks heard about Someone, Anyone removing Covenants from the Lincoln County Court House for the subdivisions located within the City of Libby? Is this True? If so What is the Purpose of Removing Covenants and who does it hurt, who does it protect?

It is said that the books at the court house are missing the pages where the Covenants were listed, whiteout has been used to cover up others I certainly believe this as the records of crimes are whited out, crossed out, fudged and removed as Well.

Transparency and Open Government Does Not Seem to Exist in Libby Montana with ANY branch of the Government.

A copy of the protective covenants for the subdivision in Libby are on record in the Flathead county court house, unless they have also vanished.

It is said that by law only a single strike out is allowed and the proper information re-entered. Rumor has it that the City of Libby is going to redo their city ordinances and that these protective convents stood in their way.

Today we are Told This

"" Last night at about 1:30 my dogs woke me up, alot of times I will walk them at that time because there is no traffic to deal with. I normally only take one out at a time, i leashed up the mother dog and started to open the door when both dogs started growling and hit the base of the door with their front paws.

I looked up at the window certain in the door and I could make out the shape of a person back light by the street light, I pulled the certain back in time to see a person run between my maple trees to the other side of Main Ave.

I then knew what my dogs had alerted on and was not going to take them outside and have them bark at any one. about an hour latter I opened the front door a crack and smoked half of a cigarette, when I heard 2 different people whistle from across main ave and flower street.

I then heard radio chatter and heard a person say he is coming out with the dog, take them both down. At 6 Am I called and had my Neighbors come over and he stayed with me until around 8 am when I had him call our pastor to explain what was going on, Our pastor showed up and we talked for a while until he had to leave.

In the last week we have had 2 very near car accidents, where we had the right away and were able to get stopped just short of being involved in a major accident, I use oxycodone for pain relief and I do have a medical marijuana card. I feel that they wanted to set up an accident so that they could do a blood test and claim that the accidents were my fault because of my medication.

While checking out at rosaurs and standing in the 10 items or less lane, a woman walked by a hit her right shoulder, against my wife right shoulder, On the 5th of February my wife had her shoulder operated on. the woman went straight out the doors and ran down towards fireman's park.

When my wife and I got out side we saw a city police car parked at the end of the building. I'm sure that it was a set up to get me mad so that they could arrest me for some made up reason.

When it started getting light out the police around our house left.

We have been hold up inside since then. I call the FBI's office is salt lake city and have not received any phone call back from them, I don't even know if they actual received the phone call or if it was intersecpted by the libby police or sheriffs office.

I am NOT a Member of the Lincoln County Watch and neither is the Original Organizer of the Recall Efforts to Attempt to Recall a Montana Sheriff which is your Constitutional Right.

The Western News makes it sound like the Lincoln County Watch "tried" to recall Sheriff Anderson and Was Unsuccessful, this is not True...

first of all there is many measures to success... and as One of the Folks who sat at the Lincoln County Fair for 4 days I can Tell you the People were behind a Recall based on the lack of prosecution of REAL crimes happening to Real Tax Paying Lincoln County Citizens, over in fact.. decades ... in that Support of the People by the People the Recall Efforts to "attempt" to recall a Montana Sheriff in Lincoln County Montana was a Major Success.

And regardless of the Lies that the Tobacco Valley News in Eureka Montana prints, MOST really were afraid of Economic Terror and many even of Death, Harassment, Set ups and Death Threats if they Signed the Recall... this TOO is a FACT.. I saw it with my own Eyes day after day, I heard it with my Own Hears.. it is a FACT and Real News that is not based on who pays who to say what, but instead based on Truth.. on Honor.. and in Integrity.

Now for the Record AGAIN...
because News media like the Western News in Libby Montana seems to NOT be basing their NEWS in Fact... I will Post here One more time .. what Really Happened... the Recall Efforts to Attempt Accountability for a Montana Sheriff began with a Dog Beaten, Bloody left alone to die hanging over a bridge in Eureka Montana... and NO Prosecutions.

This Led to a Major Petition and still no action from the Commissioners or the Sheriff's Office, no accountability to the people.. I did not sign that petition and was not even aware of it... in any way until it was over..

Next... the Local Crisis Outreach folks... told me of a Rape So disturbing it brought me to my knees... it was sick, violent and lacking in moral conscience of any kind.. I was shocked..

Meanwhile I heard of druggings .. date rape druggings happening over and over again.. even to men just to see them in pain or watch what they would do.. some got into accidents.. and from here I heard of a young woman who I had held .. had babysat as a baby.. a young woman I had known my whole life that was drugged and raped .. and the story told was very disturbing as it seemed that the Libby detectives took days to do an interview, they gave evidence back to rapists and there was NO prosecutions..

From this I heard of a whole lot of woman drugged and raped, I started blogging about thess horrible crimes and the total lack of justice and then more stories came to me, stories of corruption - beatings - calling cops on intruders and the one who called going to jail, and well.. some VERY Shocking - Disturbing Stories...

Research was done at the County Offices and WOW.. so many crimes not prosecuted.. add that on to a lifetime here of seeing METH dealers go unprosecuted... no help to save kids from Meth home.. DUI cases where serious victims were created and they let the same guy go over and over.. robberies.. child porn .. and crime after crime .. stories from fathers of their daughters who were forced to have sex with cops to get out of "trouble"... and sick sick stuff.. that indeed I wish I never knew... But I Cannot Un-Know...

As the local news lied, the commissioners lied about these crimes I wrote about them.. I was seriously harassed from this point.. simply for telling the TRUE - Factual Story of Victims...

in the Midst of all this .. One Woman and Myself discussed the Need for a Recall, and to find some way to let folks know about these sick, violent, perverse crimes and to attempt to get accountability.. She suggested a Recall...

ONE... I repeat ONE of the places we went to talk about the Recall efforts was the Ron Paul Meet Up Group... which is Now Called the Lincoln County Watch Group.. this was ONE Group.. and from that point the MEDIA seems to keep on lying about the Lincoln County Watch, singling them out and harassing them.. seemingly for Political Agendas and Historical Grudges that had NOTHING to do with why We Wanted to Back a Recall Effort for a Montana Sheriff.

The Lincoln County Watch Group, of which I am still not a member of... they were some of many people that stood up for the Recall... they were not the Only Ones.. but I will Tell you what.. having not known any of them before this ... having a lifetime of Fear and Judgement about Mr. Paul Stramer and not being of a "Conservative" nature myself ... I found out that those FOLKS actually, genuinely cared about Women Raped, About Dogs beaten Bloody and about Crimes not being prosecuted... they cared and Stood along side us To Speak for Victims of REAL true Crimes that Really did Happen to these victims REGARDLESS of what the Bought and Paid for Lincoln County Newspapers Say ...

During the Initial Efforts of the Recall there was an Issue with Paul Stramer's Concealed Carry Permit.. so one day it got added as one of the issues to the Recall.. and from there, well the whole area lit up and the Recall became about Paul Stramer and some past event, and tons of unrelated political Whooo Haaa that had nothing to do with the Violation of Citizens of Lincoln County Montana...

The Recall for Sheriff ANDERSON was NOT an unsuccessful attempt by "Lincoln County Watch" - who I might add is simply a group of people that want to be treated fair and just, and want the Law to Obey the law and to have their rights and dignity and to Share what is going on around Lincoln County Montana... They Simply want to Live and Let Live...

the Lincoln County Watch is NOT anti-government, not Evil or in any way Vigilante or Against the Laws of the United States of America.. they are simply discussing Issues that are important to them in this day and age and they have every right to do so.. .during the Recall I went to about 3 meetings.. and I seen no sign of the Lincoln County Watch that the local news media paints a BOUGHT and PAID for picture of... ...

Again, I am not a Republican.. not a Conservative... not into Politics.. I am into Victims Rights and the Truth.. and after a Lifetime in Lincoln County I was SHOCKED at the Fear of the people that would NOT stand for the Victims in writing but would only lend their support in unrecorded words and hugs...

Sir,

I write to you with respect, admiration and hope. In this time of our nation’s strife, I do not ask for monetary relief or a bailout. Sir, I have lost everything that I hold precious in life, I live in Ravalli County, Montana. There are no civil rights here, there is no justice here, and there is no one to appeal to. I want my human rights, and my freedom back.

I am 67 years old, I was raised in the Navy, and served in the USCG for four years, I served 25 years in the Seattle Fire Department where I retired on 9/11/91. I have served my country my entire life and I still abide by the oath’s that I swore to defend my Flag, the President, and to serve the American People, as did my Father.

Sir, I moved to Ravalli County, Montana in April of 2002. After 911 I wanted to try and start over as I felt that my time of usefulness had passed. Fate works in strange ways and my duty as an American was to be tested like never before. I found myself in the midst of ignorance, racism, hate crimes, nepotism, and corruption, where the weapon of choice for criminals is the American Flag.

I fight for America Sir, and now the rumble has reached the White House. The horses hitched to your wagon have brought you into it. The truth shall set us free.

I present to you the “unbelievable” daily life of American citizens in the Ravalli Territory, the Holy Grail of injustice in America:

Montana is the third largest state in the lower 48, yet has a population of less than one million residents. It has three electoral votes with one Congressman and two Senators. There are 56 counties distributing the power of the United States Constitution.

The present Governor of Montana states that “Montana is for Montanans”, and openly mocks the government of the United States. I am an American, not a Montanan.

Ravalli County starts at the Idaho border to the South, runs the length of the Bitterroot river, with the Bitterroot Mountains to the West, and the Sapphires to the East. There is one road, Highway 93, in or out. No news goes out and very little comes in as we have no Newspaper, and one radio station. It is isolated and remote.

The County Government is the cow that feeds it. It offers jobs to those who are willing to buy in. All others are treated as “illegal aliens”.

The County Attorney is an all powerful entity, above the laws of the United States, openly protected by the State and our National Representatives. Ravalli is a micro climate set up to set the standard for the rest of the state. It can be compared to a “black hole”. Seventy percent of Ravalli County is Federal land. This is a Third World Country within the State of Montana. No person or entity can, or will claim jurisdiction here. Is this the template for the new America?

Very few people in this state go unaffected or untouched by these events of violation.

The last Census said there were approx 37,000 residents, of which 29,000 are of voting age. Amazingly all of them are “registered voters”. The Secretary of State claims to have very little control over voting laws in the county. They are defined by the County Attorney as to who shall , or shall not vote, and what they may, or may not petition.

The County Sheriff is an elected official and is the head Law Enforcement Officer in the County. There is no criteria to be the Sheriff.

The current Sheriff received a unanimous vote of “no confidence”, from his department and yet was re-elected. Any group will only be as good as it’s leadership.

There are five elected County Commissioners, all paid.

They have no say over the County Atty (CA) , or Sheriff. The CA regularly overrules any legislation they try to pass regarding zoning or permitting. They are pretty much powerless, with main emphasis on who shall sit on county boards.

The City of Hamilton is the County seat. There are less than 4,000 people living within the city. They have 6 city council seats, an all powerful Mayor, a city Judge, and a Justice of the peace, all of whom are elected. There is no City Treasurer although the citizens passed a petition to have a Treasurer.

The words “and to the Republic”, mouthed by these officials during the “Pledge of Allegiance”, refers to the local newspaper.

The City Attorney, works under contract, also acting as prosecutor. This attorney worked for almost 6 years without a contract, and never swore an oath of office at any time.

This is a blatant violation of State Law.

His comment about that is, “ it is ridiculous to think that I should have to swear an oath”.

The State bar, and the District Court Judge, said it was ok to violate state law and swear the oath 6 years later. The Court system prides itself on very tough justice with a 90 percent conviction rate of violators of the law. All judges and city attorneys are former prosecutors for the County.

Hamilton Police Department has a force of fifteen officers.

A normal town has one officer per thousand population. They have the run of the County as their jurisdiction. They have been out of control for a very long time. The “tail wags the dog” here. They are almost all of “local flavor”.

The Police Chief acts with impunity to any authority including, county, state and federal.

The City of Hamilton is not incorporated.

City limits were never established; no census of the population was ever taken, and there was no election held by those citizens to establish the “City of Hamilton”. Therefore, what is the legal standard and criteria by which this illegal group administers, executes and prosecutes the laws of the State and Constitution of the United States.

How can they issue permits and tax the people?

How can they be allowed to hold elections for a nonexistent entity?

The County Attorney claims he has no authority in issues within the city of Hamilton. People within Hamilton may not vote on county issues by order of the County Atty. The Sec of State has no record of Hamilton, Montana therefore no controls regarding voting.

The Fire Department claimed by Hamilton is an all volunteer group of 20 Fire Fighters, none of which are paid. Their services are minimal, and there is no standard or criteria as to qualification or training. They are an entity separate from the city.

They are the First Responders to the NIH Rocky Mountain Lab a level four biolab. There is no way these men should be expected to cover this facility. RML gives a grant to the HVFD to buy a 100 foot Aerial Platform, surely the most useless piece of equipment they could have. There is no one who knows how to drive it, and no where to park it. There are no buildings over 3 stories in the county or city.

The Fire Chief quotes to me, “we need the Aerial Ladder so there are no ground ladders up when the walls collapse”. There are no paid fire fighters anywhere in the county that I know of.

NIH has put science before the safety of American Citizens.

This county would be an excellent place to move Guantanmo. There is no escape, no rights and no one to complain to.

However, the rest of the world might regard it as “cruel and unusual punishment”.

In 2001 three women are killed in a Florence, MT beauty salon in broad daylight, The case remains unsolved.

In 2002 a Hamilton officer shoots and kills a man involving a domestic dispute. Six months later a coroners (a former Hamilton City Police Officer, and current Sheriff) inquest finds it justifiable.

In 2002,the State loses it’s viable Power Company which was publicly owned. Jobs, pensions and a public utility all are shuffled and sold. This was considered business as usual here with no investigation by the State or federal government.

In October of 2005, a man has barricaded himself in a gas station convenience store at the edge of town after briefly holding the employees hostage. His white pickup truck, a second male passenger, and a large white bag on the ground are left in a driveway around a corner from where the man has fled.

The owner of the home asks the remaining man if he is ok and the man says, “yes, but my buddy is really messed up“.

He walks around the corner and watches with the Police.

Quite a while later the home owner watches a third man pick up the bag on the ground, toss it into the truck and drive off.

Law enforcement from all over Western Montana have surrounded the station, blocked off the highway, and wait for over 9 hours before attempting to enter. The Hamilton Police chief is in charge of the scene.

They find the man has killed himself in the bathroom. He has a briefcase containing $4000 dollars he had robbed up in Flathead County. The News Media had covered the episode from the earliest minutes and report a sad but successful end to the story. Law enforcement are commended for their good work.

There is no mention of the second man or the money. Two days later, the Ravalli County Sheriff’s dept shows up at a residence at the end of a road about 10 miles out of town and wants to know where the missing $200,000.00 from the robbery is?

The residents are dumbfounded to learn that the truck used in the robbery has turned up abandoned on their property. No mention of this has ever been made public that I know of. The witness where the truck originally stopped is advised by a state official to keep her mouth shut.

Within a six month period in 2005, five inmates hang themselves in the Ravalli County Jail. A coroner’s inquest finds everything ok.

What could cause such desperation of these men, to take their own lives. Who were they?

What had they done? There was never a trial or question of who and why.

Death at the hands of law enforcement
is taken for granted as “normal” in Montana.

Several jail employee witnesses are terminated.

There are survivors who lost their loved ones, fathers, sons, and friends. There are those that know the truth and must live with it. There are those that must cover up the truth further enlarging the ripple and the quicksand trap it feeds.

The Police chief retires from the City dept to take a job with the NIH Rocky Mountain lab. The lab turns down very qualified people for administrative and security positions keying for what they describe as “local flavor”.

They hire the City Administrator, along with the Police Chief. The closest professional help for any emergency is in Missoula, at the least, 90 minutes away. The same campus in Bethesda, MD has a 30 man fire department covering their lab.

The 20 Hamilton Volunteers are neither trained or qualified to address any part of an emergency within this facility and should not be asked to do so. Certified letters sent to Bethesda regarding this situation have disappeared. NIH security is often seen patrolling the streets of the city.

The District Court Judge for Ravalli County is pulled over by Hamilton Police and charged with DUI.

He is ticketed and booked. His story is spread all over the “Ravalli Republic”. He is pulled over again in Missoula and charged with the same thing. He admits to a problem, says he will go through the rehabilitation and is allowed to keep his position. The Officer doing the initial arrest will be referred to as “not so super“, Notso.

The officer often testifies to the Judge, along with the Hamilton City atty who doesn’t think the Oath of office means anything. The Montana Disciplinary Committee, aka Bar Assn, says “no problem”. This man had once been a respected and trusted Judge, now his opening line must be “How may I please the state”?

The local daily newspaper, the Ravalli Republic is owned by Lee Enterprises. It is totally controlled by the County attorney here, and all of it‘s other publications will only print the party line. Falsehoods causing much grief to innocent people are regularly published, yet retractions and other viewpoints are staunchly avoided.

Any innuendo that something is foul in Montana is rewarded with a “fuzzy bunny” story as the County Attorney, and other State Officials reminisce of happy times in their rise to success . Made up “awards” and plaques are given with accolades to Police Officers, and their leaders for their “humanitarian” work.

There are few, if any newspapers in Montana which are not owned by Lee. I would liken it to Pravda.

A retired Army Veteran is parked in front of his Physical Therapist office in the middle of downtown Hamilton in the afternoon.

He is waiting for his appointment time. He looks up to see a gun pointed at him in the drivers side window. There are three more Hamilton Police officers in position with guns pointed , demanding he get out of the car.

He gets out and is braced and searched. He finds out that he is suspected of being a terrorist shooter because he is wearing a leather vest. He is told to watch his step.

In 1949, I recall having a butterscotch sundae with Mr Watling, at NAS Niagara where my father was stationed. He was a Navy jet pilot and he was leaving for Korea. I don’t remember what we talked about except that he had noticed my “cub scout hat”, and that he seemed pleased to be with me.

I can never forget the respect, that my father showed him at our introduction. The newsreels at the movies were never the same when I found out that he wasn’t coming back. I was probably his last memory of America. I learned early the responsibility of my heritage.

A young HPD Officer is appointed by the unincorporated Hamilton City Council to be the new Police Chief in spite of pressure by community leaders to get an outside professional for the position. The force now numbers 15.

A normal city will have one officer per 1,000. Hamilton has less than 4,000 residents. On any given night the town lights up like the Aurora Borealis with blue lights flying everywhere. It appears that the tickets are the towns only income. One rookie officer sets the record with over 100 unsupervised arrests and is applauded for his wonderful work.

At the end of his year probation, he swears the ” oath of office”. He regularly holds “show and tell” with other citizens showing the actual videos of his arrests with commentary about the victims. These officers carry real guns with real ammunition, they are brandished regularly.

Sir, with your connections, could you get Supercop, a few days of duty on the streets of Chicago? Better yet, let’s just swap departments for about a week.

A retired decorated LA Police Officer, who was disabled after being run down by a murder suspect lives here. He is a former United States Marine who has served abroad, and willing community volunteer. He joins up with members of the USMC Band who are performing at the County Fair. He attempts to give some of them a ride, when after pulling out of his parking place, he is pulled over by “Supercop”.

He is accused of cutting in front of the police car and DUI. Supercop gives the “Mic on, Mic off”, routine to the flustered veteran, and writes him a serious DUI ticket. The Vet is devastated and seeks counsel outside of Ravalli County.

The attorney urges him to plead “per se” and take the consequences, as he says the “police there, will lie”. The Vet does as urged and has the book thrown at him by the Hamilton judge who is a former Marine adjutant proud of the harsh sentencing handed out in Hamilton.

He is devastated and embarrassed. He goes to his health club, and there Supercop and others openly and publicly mock him.

The man resigns from the health club and has to see a shrink to get his health and composure back. The Vetcop is pulled over months later for DWIH (Driving While In Hamilton), and the officer immediately goes to the mans license tabs where he finds that the “numbers don’t match”; amazing police work.

This place is a vipers nest where honest, good people are not welcome and openly discriminated against. Like all of us, he is wounded and will never be the same. He has lost his faith in America.

Is this the greeting returning vets shall receive? Is this what we all served for? Is this the legacy for our children?

A Native American man is shot and killed in Darby by the town Marshal. The Marshal has been notorious for ticketing a very famous late night talk show host and for anally tight law in his town, which is referred to as “camera land”.

Fines are payable then and there.

He responds alone to a domestic dispute and gives a pat story the night of the shooting . It was portrayed that he had responded to the place and was immediately jumped by the man, whom he knew well. While fighting to keep his gun away from the man, he shot him twice.

This was all over the news that night and the next day. When relatives showed up, they found the girlfriend was under arrest in the hospital, and there was reportedly another witness.

The Marshal was wired for tape.

Six months later, during a Coroner’s inquest, a new version of the story unfolds where the witnesses could not remember anything , and parts of the tape are blank. The last words you hear are the Marshal stating that he was going to shoot the man, and then he does. The death is found justifiable.

I ski in the winter and often ride the chair with students up for the day. One young man is always dressed in dark blue and never without a ski mask on. I have talked to him several times and learn he is a home school student from Darby.

One day he tells me that it is his birthday and that he just got an assault rifle with a stainless steel barrel that wont wear out. He wants a pair of twin tip skis like mine so he can ski backwards and shoot.

“I am very seldom at a loss for words”.

While serving in the USCG, I spent a year of isolated duty on an island in the Aleutians. After a while you lose the perspective that there really is anything outside of where you are. People who have been in combat or taken long sea voyages will give you the same comparison.

Hostages tend to accept and sympathize with their captors and go along with it as a survival instinct. You do whatever it takes to fit in. I believe it is called “Stockholm Syndrome”. It is a very necessary trait one should have to live in Montana. ""
